Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Simpli Hub Pro is in early access and has not opened to the public. This policy covers this website and early-access use. We will update it, and the date above, before sign-up opens if anything changes.
This Privacy Policy explains how Simpli Software LLC ("Simpli Software", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with Simpli Hub Pro, including the web app at app.simplihubpro.com, the hosted pages and forms it provides, and this website (together, the "Service").
Hub Pro is used by small service businesses. In this policy, "you" means the business that signs up and the people it invites to use Hub Pro, such as owners and staff.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, password, business name and address, your profession, and the roles you give your team.
- Your business records: contacts and leads, deals, tasks, notes, files and photos, custom records for your trade (such as vehicles, equipment or units), forms and pages you build, bookings and appointments.
- Messages: emails and texts sent and received through the Service, call logs and, if you turn it on, call recordings.
- Texting registration: the business details US carriers require, such as legal name, tax ID, address and contact person. These are stored encrypted, and screens show only a summary.
- Billing: your subscription details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by us.
- Early-access requests: the email address and message you send us when you ask for access.
Information from services you connect
- Stripe: payment status for payments your customers make to you.
- Ad reports, calendars or other tools, only if you connect them or upload a file.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages or features used, to run, secure and improve the Service. Where we store an IP address for abuse prevention, we store a keyed hash, not the address itself.
- Push notifications: a notification token, if you allow notifications on the installed web app.
- Cookies and similar storage: see section 6.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: keeping your records, running your inbox, forms, pages, bookings and automations, and sending the messages you set up.
- To bill your subscription.
- To support you and send account and service messages, such as password resets and billing notices.
- With your permission, to send product news and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems and improve features.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your business records or your customers' information to advertise to you or anyone else.
3. Your customers' information
When you enter information about your own customers and leads, or they submit it through your forms, pages or booking page, you control that information and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and, for texts and calls, for having the consent the law requires. If one of your customers asks us about their data, we will refer them to you.
4. Bring-your-own AI
AI helpers are optional and off by default. We don't supply or resell an AI service. If you connect your own AI account, only the content you choose to send is shared with that provider, under your agreement with them.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, only for that purpose, and as the law requires:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| InterServer, Inc. | Hosts the application and database |
| Amazon Web Services | File storage and encryption keys; Amazon SES sends email |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and the payments you collect from your customers |
| Twilio Inc. | Sends and receives texts and handles calls, once you turn texting or calling on |
| Simpli Software's own services | Simpli Mail sends email; Simpli Sign Pro handles e-signature, once it is live |
| The AI provider you choose | Only if you connect one (see section 4) |
| Google LLC; Meta Platforms, Inc. | Website analytics and ad measurement, only with your permission (see section 6) |
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Text messaging
Businesses that use Hub Pro can text their own customers through the Service. When a customer gives a business their mobile number and agrees to receive texts, the number and the record of that agreement (when, how and what they agreed to) are stored for that business. Texts come from the business, not from us.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. We share phone numbers only with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver the texts, and only for that purpose.
Message frequency depends on the business that sends them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Hub Pro app uses only the browser storage it needs to keep you signed in. This website may use:
- Essential: needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): with your permission, shows us which pages are visited and how people find us. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): with your permission, measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work, and helps us reach people who have visited our site. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies. Where the law treats advertising cookies as "sharing", declining them, or sending Global Privacy Control, opts you out. At the time of writing this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open. Deleted items go to a trash first. If you close your account and ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups are replaced over time, and are never used for anything else. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
8. Security
All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and sensitive details such as texting registration data are encrypted at rest. Each business's records are separated from every other business's in the database itself, and access within your business follows the roles you assign. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can update most of your information yourself in Hub Pro, and export or delete your data from the Service.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@simplihubpro.com. We will respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. We will still send essential account and billing messages.
- Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, such as California's. We won't treat you differently for using them.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect.
